John, along with his lovely wife Joy, is the Licensee and Managing Director of Chambers Fleming Professionals, Padstow. He is an experienced real estate agent, auctioneer and Registered Valuer, who has been serving the real estate industry needs of our local area for over 35 years, making him the longest serving real estate agent in the area. John has won several major real estate industry awards over the years, as has his office, which for the past 17 years, has been consistently ranked in the Top 3 throughout Australia for the Professionals Real Estate Group. He is well known in both the local business and social communities as he has been President of the Padstow Chamber of Commerce for over 20 years, and has also been presented with the coveted international Lion's Club Melvin Jones Award, the highest award in the world for the Lion's movement. The award was bestowed to John in recognition for his fund-raising efforts and tireless service to the community since 1973. He is also a Justice of the Peace. John was born and raised in this area and is a proud and active member of the community along with his wife Joy, and children Belinda, Todd and Dean, who have all followed in the family tradition, each with an important role in the family business. Belinda is a fully licensed real estate agent and has been working in the family business for over 16 years now, having been fully trained in every aspect of the business, starting in reception, property management, and residential sales. Belinda has enjoyed the past 11 years actively listing, marketing and selling properties, receiving several Professionals awards, and references from happy clients during this time, and is also the Sales and Marketing Manager for the office. Todd grew up also immersed in real estate. Graduating from Newington College as House Captain, and also representing 1st XV Rugby and 1st XI Cricket, winning the GPS Competition, Todd went on to graduate from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He was then offered a job at the Big 4 Accounting firm, KPMG, where he worked for over 3 years. During this time, he studied and passed exams, enabling him to become a fully qualified Chartered Accountant. Equipped with this qualification, he travelled to London and gained a position at the prestigious investment bank, UBS Warburg, where he worked for 18 months. He then returned home to be married to his wife, Tamara, and to take up a position in Residential Sales in the family business. Since then, Todd has been consistently ranked Top 10 salespeople State wide for both sales and listings, and has built up an extensive referral network of happy clients, and repeat business.

Bill Kordos, a qualified real estate agent for the past 9 years, has over this time achieved many successful and impressive results, commemorated with many awards. Consistently ranked in the top ten salespeople for his company for the following years: 2000 - 2001, 2002 - 2003, 2003 - 2004, 2004 - 2005. Susan is one of our Senior Property Managers with over 14 years experience in the real estate industry, of which the last 12 years have been right here at Chambers Fleming Professionals Padstow. Susan is recognized for her property management knowledge and attention to detail and is dedicated to continually improving the range of services our office can provide its valued clients. Sue grew up in the area, attending the local schools, and she still lives locally with her husband and two children.

A highly respected professional, Liz is one of our Senior Property Managers who is fully trained in all aspects of Property Management, having spent 10 years here at this Office. Liz also has background knowledge in Conveyancing, having worked for many years with local Solicitors. Liz is recognized for her professional attitude and commitment to managing our large Property Management Portfolio, and lives locally with her husband and two children.

Highly knowledgeable and extremely thorough, Con has been a long term employee with our firm since 2002. He has completed an advanced Diploma of Accounting and Real Estate. Con brings to the office, enthusiasm and the ability to succeed in many facets of Real Estate. Currently working in Property Management, his professional and mature manner has been recognized by many clients. Con’s abilities in the office expand beyond the property management field, also comptently and professionally assisting in the Sales department. Con has also grown up in and lives in the local surrounding area.

Dean is now the fifth member of his family to join the team at the Professionals Padstow. After finishing school at Newington College, Dean completed his Real Estate Diploma at Gymea Tafe with a credit average.
